SOLUTION
Grab partnered with TalentView to assess leaders across the APAC region and matched their scores to performance on the job. In order to accomplish this, TalentView and Grab conducted a study to set passing scores for all potential leaders.
In addition, TalentView helped customize the reports were to match to the Leadership Attributes of Grab.

Using competency-based assessments, Grab set a benchmark to identify the leadership candidates for promotion

- 11 competencies were mapped to match the assessment tools used
