CyberKid members come from both prestigious domestic and international universities, which means there are a lot of differences in locations, time zones, and personal schedules which makes their communication and knowledge sharing more difficult than others.

With more than 100 young members, it was a real challenge to contact and get work done when each person has their own preferences on social media channels.

CyberKid wants to gather real time feedback both from their internal teams and external members.

With Workplace, CyberKid members are able to completely focus when working without being distracted by other personal messages or entertainment content on social media, as it only allows members to share and communicate work-related conversations.Using Workplace helps their organization gather all work-related activities in one place and make it easier for members to stay focused during working time, especially with the ongoing growth of the work-from-home culture brought about by the Covid-19 outbreak.

REAL TIME UPDATES & FEEDBACK. Through Workplace,  quick updates and announcements are disseminated in a more productive manner improving the efficiency of internal communication, with roughly 80% of CyberKid members checking and confirming their understanding in the comment section after 1 hour of posting.
