With the support of TalentView’s Talent Attraction Team, social media campaigns were executed on Facebook and LinkedIn to promote their program, which resulted in 90,000 audiences reaching 6 job advertisements.

Schindler’s Field Engineer Development Program (FEDP) is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of the business especially focusing on Technical & Engineering expertise. This is a 24-month programme provides the Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the NI and EI business model including obtaining relevant certification.

Schindler Group is one of the largest elevators and escalators makers in the world and was established in 1874 in Switzerland. Antah Schindler Sdn Bhd, it is a joint venture between Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd and Jardine Schindler. Schindler's presence in Malaysia started back in 1974 when Schindler Lift (M) Sdn Bhd was set up. Ten years later, 1984, Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd and Jardine Schindler entered into a joint venture.

Today, the wholly owned subsidiary of that partnership, Antah Schindler Sdn Bhd, is an authorized distributor and service provider for Schindler elevators and escalators for the whole of Malaysia. Since Antah Schindler's inception, the company has been involved in the supply, installation, modernization, maintenance and repair of Schindler lifts and escalators found in many buildings for both the public and private sectors. Schindler's innovative mobility solutions are currently operating in hospitals, airports, government buildings, offices, condominiums, shopping malls, factories, and in many other buildings throughout Malaysia.

Increase awareness on the Field Engineer Development Program (FEDP) to gather qualified talents

Attract and engage young talents to the elevator and escalator industry

Onboard talents who are passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and driven to build relationships and networks

THE SOLUTION

Talent Attraction: Used social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Indeed to bring the FEDP program to the attention of 90,000 fresh graduates and young professionals

Initial Screening: Filtered candidates on the basis of cognitive abilities, leadership potential, and skills through the Talegent platform

Selection: Designed an in-person Gamified Assessment Center to identify and select who will proceed to their FEDP Program – all while staying on brand with Schindler and its elevators!
