This proactive initiative by HR is not just about meeting immediate staffing needs but is a forward-looking strategy to cultivate a pipeline of skilled professionals who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic financial sector. Home Credit PH's HR team launched three (3) innovative early career programs, each meticulously crafted to address pressing business needs and significantly enrich the company's talent pool:
- Internship Program: Flexible management of the program to align dynamically with both business requirements and academic timelines. Home Credit PH internship offers a unique blend of mentorship with hands-on experience to increase the engagement. It is a paid internship which allows undergraduates to “earn while they learn”.
- HYPE (Harnessing Your Potential For Excellence) Data Analytics Acceleration Program: Introduced in 2023 as the company’s pioneering data analytics acceleration program. A selective
process culminating from applications to a 6-month tailored training regimen, aligning with specific needs in business analytics roles. The HYPE program is a full-time employment opportunity for
high-potential fresh grads. New hires under the HYPE program undergo the 6-month journey to accelerate their career trajectory within the Data Analytics space.
- Scholarship Program: The program provides scholarships to underprivileged students, which includes an internship component. Successful completion of the internship phase leads to potential job
offers, facilitating a seamless transition from academic support to professional employment within Home Credit PH.
