Leadership Development Program for People Managers: TalentView partnered with Federal Land Inc. to design a three-part development journey combining self-assessments, 360-degree feedback, and interactive leadership simulations. The program enabled leaders to better understand themselves, appreciate how others perceive them, and apply insights in real leadership scenarios.
Career Aspiration Interviews: One-on-one conversations were conducted to explore personal milestones, future goals, and how leaders embody Federal Land’s values—linking individual growth to the organization’s long-term vision.
Data-Driven Leadership Insights: Each participant received a personalized Leadership Fit and Readiness Report outlining strengths, development areas, and leadership potential—providing a clear roadmap for growth and succession planning.
